To participate in the giveaway in this episode, you must send me an audio message either on Facebook messenger here or you can email me an MP3 file to podcast@eat-the-evidence.com no later than 11:59 pm on February 28, 2019. The message must be a positive message to be played on the podcast in the next few episodes, although which episode it airs on will depend on how many messages are received plus the length of future interviews. The message must include at least your first name or business name. If you don’t want your last name used, don’t include it in the recording. I reserve sole right to determine if messages are appropriate for broadcast and I reserve the right to edit messages for broadcast. Inappropriate or inaudible messages will not be broadcast and will thus not be considered as valid entries. Once an entry has been submitted you are giving me permission to include it in one or more podcast episodes without compensation other than as an entry into the giveaway.
This giveaway is open anywhere in the world and messages may be in languages other than English if I can get someone else to verify the content is appropriate. Entrants must be 18 years old or age of majority in their home countries, so anyone younger than that who wants to enter must do so jointly with a parent or other legal guardian who gives me explicit and clear permission for their child’s voice to be used on air.
There is only one prize to be won and it will be determined by all aired messages being numbered and then a random number selected with a random number generator. The winner will be announced on the March 14 episode even if all of the entries have not been played yet at that time, and the winner will be contacted directly at that time to get their shipping information.
